Hector has been a wonderful personal trainer. He is extremely punctual, reliable and professional. He has a clear passion for his field and is dedicated to helping his clients reach their fitness and health goals. He is highly knowledgeable in all areas of physical fitness, from anatomy to proper form and nutrition. He is patient and always takes time to explain why he is choosing the exercises you are doing and the best way to do them safely and effectively. Most of all, he is a kind and caring individual and I always enjoy seeing him at our sessions.
