Paul at Gaia Pest Control is the best hands down. He’s knowledgeable, on time, and gets the job done right the first time. He’s also patient enough to answer all my questions even when I ask the same one over and over. We contacted Gaia the day after thanksgiving after finding out the upstairs tenants had bed bugs so badly that it spread downstairs to our house. We just moved into a new house and there was a bunch of construction on the road and we develop mice. Paul was extremely trustworthy and professional. The fact that he was so responsive and dedicated to fixing our problem knowing that I was completely freaked out and living with two small children really put our mind to ease. I highly recommend Gaia Pest control! Paul was all around professional and competent. I have been battling groundhogs for a few years in my garden and finally hired a professional. Paul was quick to respond, was highly communicative, and worked quickly to fortify the base of my shed. He humanely trapped the existing groundhogs and relocated them to live out their best lives off my property! He understands groundhog behavior and was strategic in removing the animals quickly. Paul also helped me rid some rats from my property as well. Gaia Pest Control Will definitely be my go to for any other pest issues!

I used this company for the first time this summer. Paul is amazing. The products he used really work and are still working. We are still seeing dead spiders in the basement.
