“Great little duck pond at this section of Saddle River county park. There's a walking path, as well as the road, that circles the pond. Lots of ducks, geese and, of course, squirrels. It has tennis courts, a kiddie playground with a jungle gym and a fishing pier. (Water kinda green) It also has a lot of parking, benches, picnic tables, a gazebo and a small covered pavillion. The restroom facilities are reasonably new. No sports fields. Peaceful section and nice for picnicking. Use caution driving as the road is shared with bikers and walkers.”

“Great place for a jog or to walk your dog. They got a baseball field, 4 tennis courts, 1 (rusty) basketball court and a hockey arena. If you go further back there is a large children's playground, a gazebo and a trail/path through a "mini forest" which isn't that long. Pretty great aside from a few downsides: 1) basketball court is rusty and can occasionally be crowded during evenings right before sundown. 2) courts can get swamped after rain 3) courts are horribly lit during night 4) it is nearby the train tracks, so you can occasionally hear the loud honks every now and then. Overall, nice place if you go at the right time”

“Very nice place to visit. The ducks and geese are enjoyable to watch. They are pretty much friendly ESPECIALLY Ducks . This is their land so respect the property and the animals. Keep your area clean and don't throw garbage in any inappropriate places. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR IF YOU HAVE KIDS AND THEY WANT TO RUN AFTER THEM!! NO! ???? It's not a circus ! I wouldn't want to be chased either! If you don't like animals, especially DUCKS and Canadian geese than stay away. The area surrounding you is beautiful. ☺”
