His encouragement has definitely helped me achieve and feel more confident for the past 2, now 3 years. I definitely recommend people and kids to go to Hosan Taekwondo in Glen Rock if they’re interested in wanting to learn self defense skills. Hosan also teaches the importance of focus, concentration, effort, and respect towards the master and others. It’s also a great place to socialize and make new friends. “I went here for lunch with a friend. He had been raving about this restaurant for months and we finally had the time to get together. The owner, chef John was fabulous. He was very friendly and excited to welcome us. The food was flavorful and fresh. To start I had the French onion soup. It was beefy, loaded with onions and absolutely delicious. I couldn't get enough. I also had the tomato and mozzarella panini. The bread was crisped perfectly while the mozzarella melted perfectly with the tomatoes and arugula. I can't wait to return for dinner.”
