The staff at Maternal Resources is unbelievable. Starting with the receptionists to every Dr in the practice. They helped me get my vbac 2 and it was a beautiful experience. Raizy and Dr Joel were really amazing and supportive throughout the labor and helped it happen. Thank you again.

It has been over a year since my prenatal care and birthing experience with this group. With a higher risk pregnancy due to advanced maternal age, it was very important to me to be with doctors that I can trust with the health of my child and myself. I am also a physician and respect this group, their care and expertise- especially in high risk pregnancies and vaginal delivery.
Raizy came highly recommended as a doula and I would ask for her help again. She helped my husband and I tremendously throughout the birthing process.
I was thrilled that Dr Resnikoff-Gary delivered my baby. She was always so delightful and on top of all of the latest research.
Dr Ratzerdorfer I only met once, but I felt I could trust him and could see he was very skilled and efficient.
Dr Joel was involved when I was at the hospital and I appreciate her thorough and compassionate care.
Dr Adbdelak is much appreciated along with his fantastic team for his expertise in vaginal delivery in difficult situations. Thank You for the service you offer through your wonderful practice.

The overall experience with the office was good in terms of ease of calling for information and getting appointments scheduled, billing etc.

Though I was fortunate to have a vaginal delivery, I do believe each one of these doctors would be great surgeons as well.

I have been a patient of Dr. Yaakov Abdelhak during my 3 pregnancies for over 7 years, he is a wonderful doctor, very experienced, knowledgeable and truly caring. He never rushes and always listens to every concern, and answers all questions accordingly. I always get the feeling of being in trusted hands. We live nearby St. Barnabas hospital but still travel about 40 minutes to his office in Hackensack, NJ.

All the other doctors at his office are great as well and have wonderful bedside manner. There are many good reasons Dr. Abdelhak and his office are a blessing, the most outstanding of them is the ability to have blood work, ultrasound, fetal anatomy and much more, all done at one location.

His staff is efficient and quite organized, they all work well in harmony to facilitate a smooth experience.

The best c section ever. I was terrified and he did a great job. 5 years later I barely have a scar, healed nicely, and now having another baby moved to the west coast and all doctor is complement on this work! Truly professional- had him through my midwife Kristin Mallon. He is fantastic. After care was truly phenomenal. I’m plus size and he made me feel
Comfortable and I healed so nicely!!

Dr Abdelhak was a godsend angel to me. I went to two different doctors who refused to even try for a VBAC as my first was a c section. I came to doctor abdelhak late in my pregnancy around 28 weeks and I am so glad I decided to switch even if it was later in the pregnancy. All office and staff is amazing and the doctors are beyond amazing. So professional and take your time to listen. My last two doctor I didn’t even meet the doctors most of the time only nurse practitioner but here I met the doctors themselves during most of my appointments. Dr abdelhak and Ratzersdorfer delivered my baby but doctor abdelhak was the main doctor. He did everything in his power to make sure I have a Vbac and I did. I think any other doctor would have given up and pushed me for c section. Even one of the doctor from his practice to came to see me while I was in labor said you probably won’t have a normal delivery. But then dr abdelhak came and saved me. I will forever be thankful to him and will never forget this man. I delivered during the pandemic when I had no help and normal delivery made it so much better for me. I would have died if I had a c section. I will forever be thankful and grateful to doctor abdelhak and dr Ratzersdorfer.
