Dr. Puleo conducted a comprehensive eye exam, and her expertise put me at ease. The optician helped me pick out perfect pair of glasses. The entire team's efficiency ensured I didn't waste time waiting. Bergen Optometry's commitment to top-notch eye care and exceptional service has made me a loyal customer, and I can't recommend them highly enough.

The office and staff are super efficient and organized. I was able to book online, prefill my intake paperwork and get an appointment same day. The optometrist was friendly and happy to answer all my questions and performed the testing quickly while letting me know the results right away. Best experience I've had at a medical professional's office hands down. They checked my insurance and got extra services covered, gave me a printout of my new prescription and educated me about the process for contacts or corrective eye surgery after I inquired. If you have eyes, get them checked here!

Very professionally run place. Everything from the appointment setup to the actual visit was easy and hassle-free. They’ve got an intake form on the website so you don’t have to spend time filling out the form when you are there for your appointment, you do it in advance right after you book your appointment. Their website has a list of doctors so you can choose based on their availability and yours. They participate in Vision Service Plan. Parking is on-street metered. You can get the parking app so you don’t have to hunt for quarters or pull out your credit card. Waiting area is clean, bright, and has free coffee. Dr. Abbas did a thorough job and was very methodical during the exam. Their selection of frames is good, and Eddy was very helpful and helped me in selecting a suitable frame. They have kids’ frames too. Overall a fantastic experience. I would recommend them to others too.
