I have been an employee for many years. I feel heard and supported. If there are any concerns, I am comfortable going to my superiors. This is an agency that values its employees and a work/life balance is encouraged.

I use to go there and I loved it. I loved catharine and the staff were great caring hard working but it seems after catharine left it all changed. The compassion that catharine had for me and the clients how understanding she was. when she was there, I told her I wanted to leave the program. She told me to make sure you talk it over with your counselor first because she didnt want me to have a set back she cared. So I stayed but then after she left something happened. I got upset and my counselor was on vacation and i wasnt told the truth and I got very upset and I wanted to quit. I didnt get to talk to my counselor about it. The director now took it upon herself to close my case. I wasnt ready to leave yet. I was just upset you say things you dont mean when your upset. I felt like she did not care at all about me. I felt very hurt and upset that she didn't discuss it with my counselor first before making that decision. I wasnt thinking clearly I was upset and she just closed my case like I didnt matter after many years of being there. She is just not that kind like catharine was.
Catharine would have never done that to me. I felt that she was very cold to me. she just did not care about my mental health. she just pushed me out the door it seemed. In my opinion I feel like she's all about business not compassion. She doesn't have that heart and compassionate side like catharine and the staff A. and L. are very compassionate counselors very caring and I miss them alot. I miss catharine alot and Sue Devlin which she wouldn't let me talk to. I hope everyone is well.

The receptionists are nice and so is literally every one else I've been dealing with here especially the pharmacy staff, therapist and psychiatrist.

I switched pharmacies and my psychiatrist to this center's pharmacy and one of their psychiatrists, so I'm really comfortable with this center.

Plus the fish tank is really relaxing to watch while I wait to get in
