The staff was courteous, attentive and very caring. My son received care from Dr. McDonald his physician, Candace his nurse and Jennifer the technician at the Highland Village location. His team explained my son's medical needs and took the time needed to help him. They checked on us regularly during our visit and assessed his needs to ascertain his ongoing care until he was discharged.

It is odd to think of a visit to the ER as pleasant but my experience was just that. I was taken to a room within minutes of my arrival. It has been far too long since I have met a doctor as kind and attentive as Dr. McDonald. He performed test, created a course of action and executed that plan. I was feeling better before I left. The technician Nick was professional and seems very confident in his skill set. The registrar Jessica was friendly and very knowledgeable about the paperwork and answered all my questions without hesitation. I spent the most time with the nurse Dianne and what a lovely person she is. You can tell that nursing is her calling. And that makes all the difference in any visit to any medical facility. ER of Texas in Highland Village is a high tech facility with a neighborly small town vibe. I highly recommend ER of Texas in Highland Village.

We brought our young son in after dealing with stomach flu for several days. Dr McDonald and his entire team were absolutely amazing. We were in a room and receiving a consultation within minutes of our arrival. The entire staff made our son feel so comfortable, and the care he received was top notch.

Also special thanks to Candace, our sweet nurse, and Nick & Jessica. They made sure our whole family were taken care of.

The next time we need emergency care, this will be the place we come. There's no comparison to a traditional hospital ER.

I have never experienced a nicer doctor and staff than here at ER of Texas. I was seen, treated, and discharged fast and with ease. I was updated throughout my time here and doctor McDonald truly cared about me getting better. He made an effort to make me feel comfortable by providing blankets, water, and whatever else I or my mom needed. Nurse Erin was also exceptional by explaining everything she was doing and utilizing humor to ease my worries and pain. The staff had wonderful bedside manners and I will be returning if I ever need to and they will be my first choice!!

I have had to come to ER of Texas twice, and each time has been such a pleasant experience. They took such great care of my 3 year old and when I had to come. Dr. McDonald was our doctor both times and has such wonderful bedside manners. He made me feel so comfortable. He checked on me several times and takes the time to really explain things. Our nurse Diane was great. She was very experienced (30 years) and so so kind. Chris made sure I was comfortable through my CT scan. They get you in and out efficiently which is a PLUS. I highly recommend them!

The Best place to get frozen beverage syrups and exelent service

Very accommodating, they've always been extremely helpful and the juices are #1 in my book!...great quality stuff! My customers LOVE THEM.
