I have been using UMS for over a year and the service has been pretty good so far. The ticketing app is great, I don’t have to sit and on hold for someone to answer my question. There have been some issues that I needed resolved right away and couldn’t get through as soon as I liked, but when I did the reps were understanding and resolved them quickly.
The staff was so professional very precise gave every detail of what I can expect and I was completely satisfied.
My sales rep, James Kim, really was able to save me $100 on my current statement and replaced my old terminal. I would recommend UMS to everyone.
