We gave Craig Rodgers a call (around 5 years ago) after we felt our elderly mother was being taken advantage of from another broker and over charged on her homeowner's insurance. Craig not only got her a better rate, but in addition....more insurance. This was right after Super Storm Sandy and our mom now needed Flood Insurance, again Craig not only helped us get a good premium, but we also needed to get a Certificate of Elevation (which is expensive)...and he helped again by getting other homeowners in town that were also in the same need, a group rate on this service. Mom has recently passed away at the age of 94, but was lucky to be able to live out her life in her own home that she loved so much. We made use of the Certificate of Elevation again when selling her house. Craig also acted promptly in canceling her insurance so that hopefully we will get back some money of unused premiums. We found Craig to be professional, knowledgeable, and made insurance terms easy to understand. He is just a nice, hard working, every day down to earth type of guy....someone you can trust with all your insurance needs.
