Modern Propane

I had been having a problem with my fire place. I went in and asked my question and was given an easy solution by one of the staff. His direction was spot on and even gave me a tool to assist me with my dilemma. I am a long time customer and have never had a bad experience. I will continue to use Steve's company and also direct people there for all their grill,fireplace, and propane needs.

So far, so really good! Ordered 3 tanks. Left my empty tanks on the side of my house. 2 days later, they were exchanged with 3 full ones. And, for a great price too.

Called around 12pm to see if they had a certain grill in stock.. They did, and they had it assembled for me by 3pm! They also called me when it was done for a pickup. This was by far the easiest process I have ever been through. Great service and everyone was nice!

We have been calling all over the NJ area trying to find someone that could re-certify our marine (Aluminum) cylinder. Modern came to the rescue. The owner was awesome, not pushy, and ready with information we asked. They have an awesome inventory of grills on the store. I highly recommend going to visit the store and taking your marine cylinder to Modern.

I walked in looking to purchase a grill and a pellet smoker. The owner, Doug was very responsive. He was not pushy at all. He listened to what I wanted and made suggestions. He wanted to know my budget and tried to stay with that number. At the end of the day, I bought a grill and a smoker. I am very happy with the service I received.
