He was unassuming and ready to help with anything we needed. Braulio took us the through the options for payment with a cash deal and was very honest about everything. No hidden fees. They kept checking on us as we waited and made us feel comfortable the entire time. I’d buy another car here, from Sam, any day.

Braulio explained the financial process and broke down the payment structure in an easy manner. He gave me a great deal that included buying out my leased car. Highly recommend anyone in the market looking for a new/used car, please stop by and ask for Braulio! You won’t be disappointed.
(May 7, 2023, 11:55 am)For the few independent used car dealers, I've gone to and experienced, they seem to be honest and willing to work with you. You. The fact that I saw lots of cars tagged with for repair (might have been from customers under warranty, can't verify that) was a good indication. They sell only late model higher-end cars and SUVs, a lot of foreign makes. They gave me a good vibe.
(April 18, 2023, 2:42 pm)I had totaled my car and had to replace it. I searched for a lexus gs350 (no accidents) within a 300 mile radius and this one popped up almost a four hour drive away.
I called and spoke to Braulio who told me the price , which i agreed to and he said he would hold it until i got there.
The next day as promised the car was ready for my test drive and the price out the door was exactly what Braulio had quoted.
I was a bit hesitant to use a smaller dealership especially so far from home but I was completely satisfied with my experience purchasing a car at the Bergen County Auto Group. This is one dealership which does exactly as it promises and i will not hesitate to recommend them to anyone

My husband and I went to Bergen County Auto Group looking for a compact suv for our growing family. We got the chance to meet Zuly Molina from sales, she was was phenomenal and made us feel confident and made sure we got what we were looking for, couldn’t have asked for a better car shopping experience.
Braulio helped us with the paper work and was able to answers all of our questions. Joe from service made sure the car was in perfect condition to be on the road.
My husbands and I will definitely be visiting them again and if your are in the market for a new vehicle definitely check out at Bergen County Auto Group!
