First off let me start by Saying that Mr, Russo is one of the most honest people I have ever met. In this business it is very easy to rip people off; & the owner of this business is the antithesis of that. He is truthful, & talented. I bought a piano from him about five years ago and it was one of the best decisions I've ever made. I would HIGHLY recommend PRIME Piano, because the business is well run and the owner is fantastic; to this day I only use the owner to tune my piano.
