Silverstar Alloy Wheel Repair

The people here are masters of their craft. Absolutely amazing. More than 10 years ago, I was driving in NYC, steered away from a pothole only to have my wheel make contact with the curb. The wheel was nearly new so I was extremely upset. I ordered a new wheel from the dealer and put the damaged wheel in storage thinking that it was unrepairable. Fast forward to the present where I found the wheel in storage and figured I should try to get it repaired. I expected that it wouldn't come out perfect, but could be a decent spare. Turns out I was wrong. I can't find any blemishes or evidence of repair on the wheel. It looks as good as the replacement wheel when I received it from the dealer.

The price was very reasonable considering the skill these guys have. Communication is excellent - send them an email, I get a response usually within an hour or at least on the same day. Jesse and Ray are both very friendly and treat you like you're their only customer. Support these guys with your business! It's not easy to find businesses that have great craftsmanship, reasonable prices, and friendly people.

After being quotes $200-$250 to repair my wheel,I decided to shop around and found Silverstar. They were able to give a quick quote over the phone and via text. Many other shops needed me to bring in the wheel to inspect. Besides offering the best price in town, they were courteous and quick with the repairs. In less than 24 hours I received a call that my car is ready. Upon inspection, the wheel looked like new. I certainly would recommend this shop.

After really gouging my alloy wheel on a high curb, I stressed about the cost this would be when I returned my lease. After searching a bit online, I found highly reviewed Silverstar. They responded to my text for a quote quickly, took me the following morning and had my wheel back in just over 24 hours. They also helped me get my spare on so I didn't lose my car for the day while they repaired my wheel and put it back on the car when I came to pick it up. It matches exactly! It's like I got a brand new wheel! I saw them helping another customer as well and were looking for the lowest cost solution for his problem. Great customer service, great work, reasonably priced. Can't ask for much more. Thank you!

After being referred to this company I can see why they have such great rating. They were able to take me in the same day with no problem. They are efficient and very professional. Not only that, the prices were very reasonable. I would highly recommend.
