Jim Lafratte brought me to the best fitness level I had been in for years. He showed a specific interest in my progress and was extremely knowledgeable about my specific fitness needs. He was dedicated and focused on achieving my goals of maximum fitness and was successful. He was personable, caring and pleasant. He was also fun to work with and I looked forward to each of my work out sessions. Had I not moved from New Jersey, I would still be training with Jim.
Jim is the best in the business. He can train all skill levels and abilities, and he really cares about your success. He will go out of his way to make sure that the gym is spotless and always wiped down and clean (Even before COVID).
Jim La Fratte is an outstanding trainer, with superb knowledge of physiology and modern training techniques. I've been going to Jim for 3 years and he has helped me play all the sports I love (golf, paddle tennis, tennis, running) better and without injury. And he is highly entertaining!

I've been a client for over 5 years now. Jim turned around my fitness level, my core strength and flexibility in very short order. He's focused, reliable, and very knowledgeable in his field. He's also a lot of fun to be around and makes the time fly by. He can tailor a program to your specific needs and can make it as intense or as moderate as you want. You can't do better for a personal fitness trainer.
