Mary Beth had the most pleasant demeanor I’ve ever felt from a specialist. She is genuine and incredibly empathetic.

I went to Metro Hypnosis Center because our family had a special trip planned overseas and I was afraid to fly. I met with Mary and instantly could see that she was knowledgeable, caring and very comforting. I bought 6 sessions with her and it changed my life. She customizes the sessions based on the individual and the issues they need to work through. I trusted her and I trusted the process and it worked!!! I hadn't flown in 10 years, yet there I was, flying for 7 hours to another country and I wasn't even nervous. I felt completely different and enjoyed every part of the trip... including the plane ride. Doing this made a huge impact in how I live my life now. I was at a time of transition in my life and career, so I had a hypnotherapy session with Mary Battaglia to see if she might be able to help me gain some insight as to where to focus my energy and attention. My session with Mary was quite amazing. She really helped me to get clarity on some unconscious issues that were blocking my progress. I came away feeling energized and excited about my future. Oddly enough, when I got home from my session with her, I received a job offer from someone I deeply admired. I can't say enough good things about the work Mary is doing.
