Super easy check in/check out process, complimentary breakfast actually has amazing food, and all of the employees are super friendly and made my experience enjoyable! Rooms are really nice, clean, and beds are comfortable. Water pressure in the showers could be improved but honestly wasn’t the end of the world

Had a nice stay. This was a spur of the moment decision to rest here coming back from an unplanned trip. It offered different hours from the regular check in times at other hotels which is what we needed. Clean room comfortable bed. Good location

I grew up in Mascoutah and the last time I spent the night in that town, my monthly rent was the same price as my hotel room. It was 30 years ago and the rooms are definitely worth the price. Great location. The night before we stayed at a hotel that was half the price and it was filthy and I saw a cockroach.
I will definitely choose this Best Western anytime that I am in the area. The rooms are clean and the amenities are nice. Great breakfast selection as well. You won't be disappointed here.

Dr. Bough is wonderful HOWEVER the office staff if obnoxiously rude and unprofessional. Prior to surgery I left 3 messages for surgical scheduler which were not returned. The medical assistant did not call to advise special medication, that would take 10 days to get, would not be refilled unless we scheduled appointment - the appointment had been scheduled 5 weeks prior and we have been seeing the doctor for 8 months. Truly a poor way to run an office. I would give them a 3 but Dr. Bough is so good I couldn't do that to him.

I switched to Dr Bough since Dr Surow retired. I was more than pleased with him. He has a wonderful "bedside" manner and really took his time to explain everything. He made me feel super comfortable and eased the nervousness of going to the Dr. I would recommend him to everyone.

Having been seen by him a number of times, when it became time for a surgical solution, I had every confidence that Dr. Bough was the physician for the job. He answered all my questions and told me what to expect. My confidence was rewarded with a satisfactory outcome and a smooth recovery. Dr. Bought is simply "the best".

From the first day that i met doctor D Bough 6 year ago i felt very comfortable and surprised how humble and a good listener he is .He helped me understand my problem.Every time i would go to see him i felt come and not afraid when i need to do a boipsy.Him and his staff are amazing people I recommend DR Bough and the ENT staff in Oradell .M y surgery in my thyroid it was success because i trust DR Bough to the best for me .I like to thank DR BOUGH AND HIS STAFF especially his assistant Abby .I will continue to go to see DR Bough for whatever i need him .Thank you D BOUGH YOU ARE THE BEST.Continue helping people
