Reliable pest and animal control

While laying in bed one night we heard a scratching noise coming from our attic. The next morning we called Reliable after a random desperate google search. John said he would be right over and assured us a free estimate prior to doing any work. We were very pleased when we met John and the crew. They are professional, personable, very knowledgeable and most importantly effective. John identified the problem a Racoon was living in our attic. John came on a Sunday in a heat wave and set up the one way trap and sealed the entrances with heavy duty wire. From that night onward we did not hear the racoon. John followed up with a phone call, came back to pick up the exit trap and even double checked for us that the racoon was gone. I’m currently nine months pregnant, John eased my anxiety and took care of the problem. He is great!!! Highly recommend John, owner operated and gets the job done. We don’t anticipate another racoon in the near future but, John was added in our contacts and will be the first person we call in the future if necessary! Amazing!

We had a bad problem with large black ants in our kitchen and bathroom, and also spiders in our basement. Reliable came out and assessed the problem and gave us a great price, and now we're spider and ant free!

I recently had to deal with a bird that nested in the bathroom vent and these guys were the best in this field. It was my first experience dealing with birds, but after my conversation with John I was assured it was an easy fix. They were quick with scheduling and explained the whole process step by step. After setting up a one way door trap they made sure to come back and seal the vent to prevent birds from coming inside again. Hoping I won’t have any future issues like this again, but I definitely will be reaching out to John and I recommend Reliable for any pest problems!

I acquired John’s services for a squirrel problem in my house. Though he fixed the issue on his end the issue turned out to be something bigger because the problem still persisted.

Though I didn’t expect much, John made sure to periodically drop by and continuously work on the issue until it was finally fixed a couple weeks after.

Could not have asked for better customer service and could not have asked for a better representative. John and Steve make quick and efficient work.
