(January 4, 2021, 9:40 am)I came down from RI and purchased a remarkable 1989 Porsche 930 Turbo Cabriolet for my Client. We spent 3 or 4 hours with the owner Chris and his Porsche shop Forman Gaspare. There time is very valuable and they were quite generous with it. (May 25, 2018, 3:31 pm)Many classic Porsche owners know of the name Gaspare Fasulo of Gaswerks Garage. I now have first-hand experience with Gaswerks Garage, and with Gaspare and his Team directly.
I have to say, while other garages claim expertise in all things Porsche, Gaswerks Garage is the best in understanding, repairing, and caring for your classic Porsche 356, 911, 912 or other air-cooled cars. Gaspare in particular is masterful in repairing Porsche fuel injection systems, whether MFI, CIS, K-Jetronic and in earlier carburetor-fed engines. In my own particular experience, let's just say my 1973 911E was in need of some fuel system tuning, suspension, and brake work among other things. Gaspare personally assessed the car, gave a comprehensive review with me on the phone, and provided an estimate. After the repairs were made, Gaspare and Gaswerks Garage would not release the car back to me until everything was running in top condition. I received the car flat-bedded back to me when I was told it would arrive, and it arrived at my door--clean and spotless. I immediately took the car out for a drive, and it was literally transformed.
I highly recommend Gaswerks Garage and Gaspare Fasulo for any Porsche air-cooled autos.
