I was involved in a car accident with my mom, daughter and cousin in the car. Luckily my cousin and daughter were ok, but my mother and I took the brunt of the hit. After leaving the hospital and seeing a specialist for our injuries, we were referred to Robert Hanna. He immediately sat down with us and explained everything that would happen and could happen going forward. I was previously in a bad car accident but did not have a lawyer at that time, and it as a terribly situation and experience. Robert Hanna ensured that this time he will take care of everything and that it will not happen again. Whenever we had questions or concerns due to the time period or billing questions, his staff was very easy to get a hold of (e-mail, telephone, fax, etc.). My mother needed surgery and I needed therapy for my back, all of which he ensured would be take care of financially.
