The people at Gucci are wonderful! They were very professional, honest and caring. From the beginning, Joe told me that I would not be able to grow hair that I had already lost, but my hair became stronger when I used the laser and the process helped me to keep my hair loss under control. Making and keeping appointments was easy and they were very flexible. I highly recommend their system.

My hair loss began at age 36 and began to escalate over the course of 3 years. Now at 39, I went from an entire life of gorgeous full and shiny hair to thin and lifeless hair, my part widening, front hairline receding and the fear of what the end result would be if this continued long term. Almost everyone in my family has thick hair while I went through a phase of countless strands of hair on my sweater, jacket, comb.. so this was kind of not normal. I tried biotin along with home remedies but it didn't do anything :-( A mix of oils made my hair less frizzy but my hair still felt so thin. A huge thanks to Joe and his staff though. I'm 4 month into the low level laser therapy program and I find less hair falling out when I go run my fingers through it. I also see some baby hairs which make me so excited!!!
