They took care of the warranty repair on our Discovery very quickly, especially considering that it was a big job. This was really appreciated since we opted not to wait for loaner to be available. I also appreciate their communication throughout the process. Shout out to Stanley Williams for always being a pleasure to work with!
The service department is very competent and knowledgeable and most importantly, respectful. They do not dismiss your concerns (or my Wife's concerns) like other service departments at other dealerships have done. The sales team are also great to work with. We will be back!
Rover dealership treated us great. Was a pressure to do business with. Our salesman Mr ball was upfront right to the point told us everything about car. Then a beautiful girl came out Mariel told us about warranty which was very helpful n gave us a honest opinion about them which help. Then finalize the whole transaction. Very smooth. Rudy was an awesome sales representative, he personally delivered the car when we had tight time constraints at the dealership. Very professional from start to finish. He went above and beyond to make sure we got the car we really wanted. Attention to detail is what this dealership offers and so does the maintenance department. 5 star service all around. I have had an overall amazing experience with Paramus Land Rover!!!! You truly get what you pay for in customer service, quality of care and professionalism. Over this past winter, my lease on my last car was up (not an LR and wanted out of the old brand.) It was at a point, for me, when I didn’t have time to dwell on details but needed a car and the process to be short and sweet. I had my car picked out and everything taken care of, soup to nuts, INSTANTLY! I had almost nothing to do on my end. After 6 great months of LOVING how perfect my car is, I got a letter in the mail, this morning, about a service that was needed for the car. I called up, got an appointment in a pinch, with a loaner and out the door in 10 minutes. I just went to pick my car back up...... it was was perfect, immaculate and ready to go! I can’t say enough about how impeccable the customer service is at Paramus LR!
