I was on the hunt for a perfect pair of white boots and came across Versona online. It was my first time hearing of the store. They didn't have my size online so I called over to the Paramus, NJ location and was lucky enough to come in contact with the store Manager, Fara Evans. She was the most kind and helpful person I've ever dealt with and she went above and beyond to make sure that I was able to get my hands on these boots. Not only were the boots exactly what I was looking for but the customer service I received was outstanding. I will definitely shop here again!
