Along with everyone else, my main technicians, Vanessa and Milly, were great listeners and made the course of the treatment enjoyable. There was no pressure and it was cathartic to be there--- we could talk, listen to music, watch Netflix, or just be in graceful silence. Although I will miss Success TMS, I feel as though I've received the tools I needed to live a better, mentally healthy life. “My son needed a cardiac clearance exam asap to be allowed to practice with his new very high level soccer team. I showed up on a Monday morning and practically begged to be seen. Next appt was a month away but coukd squeeze him in Thursday. The wonderful staff called me back 2 hours later saying they can get him at noon same day. We raced back, were immediately brought in and he was evaluated by Dr. Rhee within minutes. Thankfully all was good and my son got his clearance. She explained everything clearly, had a pleasant bedside manner and even explained the possible coverages by my insurance.
