I choose Dr. Ahmad and Hamilton Behavioral Health for the care of the most important people in my life. Dr. Ahmad is very knowledgeable in multiple methods of care. You never get the impression from him or anyone on his team that they don’t have time for you or that medication is the answer to everything. They take on emergencies at basically anytime. When people complain about the mental health treatment they typically feel as though they’re not being heard. They feel like their doctors just want them to take drugs. They feel rushed. This will not happen to you at Hamilton Behavioral. You will wait often (not for pre-scheduled therapy) for your psychiatrist. But that is because they are spending their time given individualized care to those that need it most. It in my opinion is worth the wait. I’m grateful for their time are abilities.”
