“Great experience with Robert who set us up with new appliances for our kitchen. We went in with an idea of what we wanted to purchase. Even with many of the manufacturers with items on back order, Robert helped look through his inventory to get us 3 of the exact pieces we wanted, and a comparable refrigerator to what we wanted at a GREAT price! The day before our scheduled delivery, Robert reached out to advise us of a slight delay in the range we initially ordered, but was able to upgrade the equipment so that our delivery timeline was not affected. “We have been with microwize since 2007 and happy with the product and customer service. I am writing this review however, because of how they went above and beyond recently. I made an error that deleted my fee slips (these were created by me and took many many many many hours to do so) I was told in 2007 that if you delete they are gone and I mean forever. We are a busy practice and this particular fee slip is used with nearly every patient. DEVESTATED is an understatement. After picking myself up off the floor and accepting I would be recreating a new fee slip I realized that I recently purchased Microwizes back up plan. I already had another office wide back up, but felt going with them in addition was a good idea. Keep in mind...2007 said no way it would be gone so I wasn't optimistic. It was a bit of a hail Mary call (football reference). I reached out to Microwize and they immediately connected me to a tech, and I said, "What are the chances this can be retrieved?" He wasn't sure and didn't have an optimistic outlook, but assured me he would do everything he could to help. Turns out because it was in the time frame, the fee slip had been saved in back up before the next save was scheduled. I can't say enough about how kind and calm he was and he restored it all! I was not charged for the call. What a bonus. It has been a while since this happened, but it is so worthy of a 5 star experience and I feel I should share it. It is killing me that I cannot remember his name!! I love this company and it is worth every penny to get that back up!! They have been great to work with over the past 13 years and this last experience was the best yet!”

“The Pink store is right across the aisle from Victoria's Secret on the lower level. You can't miss it with it's blazing pink exterior. Basically, it carries the same stuff as in Victoria's Secret but styled for the younger set. All bright and pink displays with lots of alluring lingerie. They also carry sweatshirts, Tshirts, leggings and accessories. Nice store.”

“Amada Senior Care has been a life-saver twice over the past year. We first used then in March 2020 when my 90-year-old mother-in-law needed temporary aide services in her independent living apartment after suffering a fall. This was our first time getting aides for her and Logan from Senior Care answered all our questions, spent a lot of time with us, and helped us through a tough situation, even as the pandemic was starting to hit North Jersey hard. We are now using them again after Mom suffered a minor stroke. The rehab facility had recommended and lined up a different aide service for her release. That service left us in the lurch at the last minute. I reached out to Logan after hours the night before we needed an aide and he responded immediately, got a night-time aide and took care of everything, with support from his nursing manager and case manager. The aides have been wonderful, Mom is happy (and she is not the easiest customer) and I can sleep at night without worry. In the past I have had to hire aides on Long Island, for my parents, years ago, and in NYC for my aunt, and I have a lot of experience in the aide world. If it is your first time doing this, it is hard, it is scary, and if you use an agency it will be a lot more expensive than you expect. But with Amada we definitely got what we paid for. The aides are kind and caring, tested for Covid, and the agency employees are very responsive. Thank you Amada for your help.”
