Bobby the owner is so pleasant and honest. All of his staff is friendly and knows what they’re doing. They’re not trying to make $ off of you, but rather give you quality work. Your car is trusted in the right hands if you come here- you won’t regret it!

Honest and trustworthy. This local spot has always been my go to for any and all automotive needs, so when I decided to change from summer to all season tires on my 20k mile porsche 911 I trusted them more than the dealer. Unfortunately, mistakes happen and part of the powder coating on one of my rims was damaged during the process. I was worried, I thought for sure I was going to get the run around about it not being their fault but that was the furthest from what happened. Jessie right away stated that the shop will take care of it, no questions asked. I commend Bobby (the owner) for having honest, professional and courteous staff. I will certainly continue to give them my business and recommend them to owners of all types of vehicles in the area. I can assure you, this level of professionalism is rare, be it at a dealer or at a local shop.

Brought my car here last week for brakes and tires. After being over quoted by every auto service center in the area, finally Park Ridge Auto Service gave me a great respectable price. They also had my car done in the same day and picked me up when they were done! This place is a top notch service all around, I will definitely be back!

Park Ridge Auto is a fair, honest shop run by a stand-up owner. They've done work on my "car" (being liberal calling it a car) several times and have gone above and beyond to keep it running up until and act of G-d could only intervene.
