I called them very upset because my price went up for renewal. I ended the call with a big smile after speaking to Young. As I mentioned before, I called while I was very upset, therefore I definitely sounded nasty. Despite of my tone and rudeness, Young kept his cool and never replied back to me with rudeness, but with happiness. Young has such sincere heart and he has this tone of voice where it just makes you very happy because you can clearly tell that he cares and wants to help you. He explained thoroughly and professionally of the reasons why my price was higher than last term, and he also helped me reduce the price back to what I used to pay. Thank you again, Young!
