I came in yesterday 7/12 my bday to get a flat tire fixed ended up staying longer because me and tony had a good time talking about bicycle. I learned so much about the basic components of bicycle. Tony is overall a nice and honest person, hard worker.

I’ve taken my Cannondale mountain bike to Tony on two different occasions and both times he patiently explained to me what the issues were and how he would go about fixing them. I will definitely go back if I need to, thank you Tony.

Tony the owner of Bike Works is a wealth of knowledge and is more than willing to share what he knows. My experience doing business with Tony was genuinely pleasant as a whole. I visited the shop at first to get an estimate on repairs of an older bike I use to own. Tony was very honest about what it would take for the bike to get up and running again, his pricing was also fair. But I decided to look around and was introduced to my options in terms of an upgrade. Tony expertly gave me all the bike's specifications without pressuring me to purchase. I returned to the shop a couple of weeks later, and picked up my new bike! Tony made the personalized adjustments, and I was off on my first ride. See you soon Tony!
