  I just ordered a Tissot watch from Eli Adams Jewelers and could not be happier with the price and service I received from them. I called prior to placing the order to make sure that the watch was in stock. The person who answered the phone was very friendly and helpful even going to get the watch and hold it while I place the order online. I placed the order online, received a confirmation within an hour. The watch shipped out the same day and I received it two days later. The watch was not a grey market item like the ones advertised from some low price sellers. I received all papers including a warranty card by the manufacturer. Eli Adams is now my go to online jewelry store. Thanks for your excellent prices and service.

  I cannot speak more highly of this place. I was immediately put on the phone with a store manager and he was able to assist me in getting an engraved watch to my Father (for his Birthday & Father's Day) in overnight shipping. You can tell this business genuinely cares for their customers and wants to make sure everything is PERFECT for you. They are a no BS type jeweler. I really enjoy the family vibe and will be shopping here more often.

  It can be simply put that this business goes above and beyond for their customers. I arrived to Eli Adams without a reservation, but without hesitation, I was squeezed into the schedule. They took the time to teach me about diamonds and everything you should look for when purchasing them. Needless to say, the nerves and overwhelming feeling i had upon entering the establishment quickly disappeared and I became relaxed and confident with my choices and their care. Not only was I satisfied with my encounter, I encourage any first time buyer like myself and others to shop here. My purchace was amazing and my Fiancee loves her ring. Thank you to Eli Adams and all of there efforts to make a such a special experience a wonderful journey.
