(May 24, 2020, 11:38 am)Very thoughtful execution of rolls. Large, with fresh ingredients, they are trying to impress. Take them up on it. Excellent udon noodles as well with deeply flavorful broth. They need a website!

You might be asking yourself,” is the sushi market is saturated in this area,” but I assure you they make a generous roll with fresh ingredients with a courteous staff. It is hard to move from your favorite sushi spot this is a the only place I would go to. Their Summer Roll and Crazy Salmon were particular standouts in our order. Thanks ????????
(February 2, 2020, 7:30 pm)We were pleased by all the food we ordered! The sushi were super fresh! Udon broth had great flavor! The noodle were perfect texture. This place is becoming my favorite sushi restaurant in Rutherford. Go check it out~

(November 27, 2019, 11:32 pm)I came in for a late lunch with my parents at around 2pm and I was surprised to see that the place was pretty filled up. The staff was very friendly and they greeted us with a warm welcome! The food was absolutely phenomenal and the plating was also very beautiful and pretty. My parents are picky eaters but they loved it too. I also overheard another family complimenting the chef and the chef was so humble and kind! I highly recommend and I can't wait until I go back!!
