I went to about 4 different embroidery stores who told me they couldn't embroider 3 small initials on a large Klein Tool Bag before I came to this location. Bruce is amazing. Simply put. He was not only able to get the tool bag embroidered, but he did it in the exact font and color I wanted, at an extremely affordable price and in a timely fashion. The day I went to pick up the bag, it snowed heavily and he was still able to get the bag to me on the day he promised. Thank you Bruce!!

Really nice variety of product with great service

The first time i walked in i met Bruce. He is a really nice, polite, professional, and sweet gentleman that was able to help me and answer all of my questions. After that, I automatically knew that I was in the right place. I highly recommend this place. I absolutely love this service and product!
