We have our 5 year old daughter and 9 year old daughter take classes here, they both love it. Erik is a master at his skill and makes it fun for the kids to learn jiu jitsu. He also teaches the kids respect and confidence! We love it here! Awesome place for a fun birthday party too!

An absolutely great place to train safely for adults and kids. High level instruction in jiujitsu and MMA. The practice environment is friendly , high energy and always welcoming. Great place to train. I have been training under Professor Tavares for close to three years. His knowledge and capability to teach are amazing. I am always impressed by his incredible knowledge. He knows all of his students strengths and weaknesses and teaches to those. I highly recommend this school for anyone looking to learn Jiu Jitsu from a true Brazilian fighter. If you already practice Jiu Jitsu and are looking for a different school, Professor Tavares will take your game to the next level. He is truly amazing! Great people go there as well.
