I brought my 2023 Nissan Rogue in for the 7500 service and was done in 45 minutes. Made the appointment online last night for 7:30 this am; you can walk in without an appointment. They did a detailed inspection, changed the oil, rotated the tires, and let me know what to expect at the 15000 mile service. Fast, reliable and friendly. There is also a comfortable seating area with WiFi in the show room.
John at Ramsey Nissan was absolutely fantastic! He worked the deal with us to the point where we knew we were getting what we considered a totally fair deal and of course I'm assuming they thought it was a Fair Deal. No bringing two or three managers in on the deal! John handled the whole thing from start to finish. I would highly recommend this dealership the personnel are wonderful and they are fantastic to work with. I'm driving my new Nissan Rogue $40,000 vehicle right now!
I have consistently had positive experiences when bringing my car in for service at Nissan. The staff is always friendly, and my vehicle performs noticeably better after repairs. However, this recent experience stood out as the best, all thanks to Sara, the service advisor! Sara went above and beyond and her commitment to honesty is evident in her work. Upon picking up my car, I expected it to be in good working condition, as always. What I did not anticipate was the substantial savings of over $1,000 on my service, courtesy of a warranty I knew I had when I purchased my car. However, I was not fully aware of the extent of coverage provided by this warranty and never knew it covered any major car parts! Sara, with her meticulous attention to detail, delved deep into the warranty's specifics, ultimately discovering that it covered the necessary repairs. Thanks to Sara, she saved me more than $1,000 and I did not end up paying a dime!
It's worth noting that no other service advisor has ever gone to the lengths that Sara did for my car during this visit. For all future services, even routine tasks such as an oil change, I am committed to booking my appointments through Sara. I have confidence that if any additional issues arise with my car during these visits, Sara will examine all avenues to help me save money or explore potential warranty coverage I wouldn’t be aware I had. I wholeheartedly recommend anyone seeking honesty and potential cost savings to schedule their service appointments with Sara because she’s truly the best!
