  Bill provides personal training to my 15 year old son twice a week (one hour session each) for about a year now. My son is not an athlete, he prefers video games, but after some initial reluctance, he has become a big fan. The change to his posture and his physical appearance exhibit the self confidence he has earned as he rises to each session's challenges. Bill has a great rapport with him and has a great sense of humor. I would strongly endorse Bill as a trainer for anyone at any age, and I am extremely grateful we found him. He has hugely improved my son's physical health and self confidence. Do not hesitate to give Bill a call...He is very easy to work with.

  Bill Lutz is a knowledgeable and well respected trainer as evident by his experience and certifications. He tailors each program to the individual’s goal(s) and carefully listens to his clients, making sure to address any and all medical issues. He also designs a program that incorporates a busy person’s schedule and makes the goal attainable. Beyond his 30 plus years of experience, most important, he is a human being and understands that psychology is an important part of helping someone achieve his or her goal. Unlike other trainers, he does not belittle or criticize, rather he motivates. Bill is the utmost professional!

  Training with Bill has been a great thing for our son. We were looking for help getting him more active while improving his skills and coordination. He is a typical preteen who fights us on pretty much everything, but going to see Bill is one thing he doesn’t protest about. He looks forward to the sessions. Bill is extremely good with him and made him feel at ease from the start. Bill is able to keep him on task during the sessions and has been teaching him methods to stay focused, which will certainly help him in school and other areas of life as well. It is evident that he has a lot of experience working with kids. We can’t say enough… we highly recommend him to anyone looking for a great trainer!

  I've been working with Bill for over 15 years. He is an excellent trainer and very easy to work with. He kept me in shape and that the best reference I can give him. I'm not an easy client.
