Triple 10 is amazing. This is a great full body workout for all levels. All of the coaches are experienced and you will have a great time no matter who is teaching. The coaches take time to teach you the proper form so that you can improve and get better over time. Whether you want to tone or lose weight, this is the place to go. Its also super affordable compared to other boxing programs. I would 100% recommend.

I recommend Zen Fitness to anyone. I have been to many personal training studios and never found the professionalism that I found at Zen Fitness. The owner Mike is extremely knowledgeable in fitness and physical therapy. He is a great personal trainer that focuses on technique and proper form. I loved him as a personal trainer. I started the boxing classes two months ago and I am in love with them. Jay is great instructor. He is highly knowledgeable in boxing and is always keeping up on our toes with new routines. I have already gone down 1.7% in body fat. If you are looking for a dependable and friendly place to workout this is the place. I highly recommend Zen Fitness!!!
