Our family is so grateful for Dr. Trifiletti and his staff. Our son has been a puzzle for a very long time. He has a complicated medical history and Dr. Trifiletti took so much time to go above and beyond to look at all aspects of our son's history and try to put together the pieces to the puzzle. He approached his case from all angles imaginable and in an extremely comprehensive way. He is incredibly knowledgeable and we have learned so much from him. We feel so lucky to have found a world class doctor like him. We are following his process and have started our son on the regimen suggested. We are definitely seeing results and look forward to continuing treatments. I am so impressed with Mary, the office manager. She has been nothing short of amazing. Every request we have gets taken care of the same day and every interaction is warm and caring. Everyone truly cares about our son, and we appreciate that so much. Disregard any negative reviews, this practice is absolutely
wonderful.

My sibling's child was in very poor health & Dr. T turned her around! They had been to many doctors (none took insurance), for her unusual behavior - physical tics, mode swings & fear of school to name a few.

They received test results that showed she had an intolerance to gluten, low in certain vitamins, and needed 1 or 2 minor dose meds. Within 24 hrs. she was almost herself, and with few days was feeling great.

Dr. Trifiletti has saved my daughter life and our family. After 15 years of being miss diagnosed from many doctors, psychiatrist, and therapist ( to many to count) even tho I asked if she had Pandas we were told NO. We were recommend to Dr T. Within weeks we saw a 50% change in our daughters health and now almost a 1 1/2 years later we have a beautiful healthy happy outgoing confident child. The staff Mary, Paul, and Donna are the most friendly helpful staff we have ever been to. They are alway there for us when ever we need them. Dr T. and his staff truly know what they are doing. My husband and I are so thankful that they are in out life. We are so blessed my daughter feels safe in the office with friendly picture and all sorts of Pandas items all around. What an amazing Doctor and staff.

Wow. Where to begin. I am a Registered Nurse and have a son that was dealing with some serious health issues that required an expert who knew how to help him. We were told of Dr T and his office in NJ and decided to make the 3 hour drive from our home state to see him...we are so glad we did. He is a brilliant Doctor.... I was impressed the moment he sat down with me and started talking. He never talked down to me or talked at me- he took the time to explain things in a compassionate and professional way and I was blown away by the knowledge he had in his field and specialty. He earned my confidence, respect and trust within minutes of our interaction and I had known we made the right choice in bringing our child to him. He has dedicated his life to helping these children and it shows through everything he has done and continues to do. His office is clean, friendly and comfortable for children. The staff were all personable, helpful and lovely. M + P the office assistants went above and beyond to help us navigate the visit and made us feel at home and by the end of the appointment we left feeling like a part of their family and finally saw a light at the end of the tunnel that we thought would be dark forever. I don't have enough good things to say about this Doctor and his office and we can't wait for our follow up appointment with them next month. Don't hesitate... run to Dr. T if your child needs help.
