(December 28, 2018, 4:18 pm)Full body workout that pushes you to challenge yourself. Bike is wired to show stats, which helps put you in tune with the ride. I also enjoy the fact that your competing with others as it pushes me to do my best. A great spin class for both beginners and those who are advanced. Love the atmosphere and music. I love riding with Nikki, Rahmael’s music is always on point and the owner, Pedro is awesome! They have free trial classes on some Saturdays at noon. You won’t be disappointed!
(May 30, 2018, 9:09 am)Cycle bar is one of the first places I found where I look forward to exercising! The teachers are fun and upbeat and the owner, Pedro is incredibly accommodating, and truly cares about the maintenance and upkeep of the facility! A full body workout with cardio and strength and the technology is amazing. At the end of class you get sent the playlist and all your stats before you even left the parking lot! Great place!
(October 11, 2016, 8:03 am)Really amazing spin studio that just opened in Boulder Run in Wcykoff! I had never tried spinning before (and, frankly, never thought I would like it) but I recently gave CycleBar a try and it proved to be a really great experience. Staff was really friendly and the trainers did an excellent job of keeping the motivation up. I would definitely recommend it!
