This is my 2nd review based solely on the efforts of Donna Rose working toward my claim resolution. Donna was the one person at Colonial who really seemed to care about my experience with Colonial. She worked very hard to resolve this claim for me and my family. A positive experience in an otherwise very difficult 7 months with Colonial. Thank you Donna!
I was a very nervous mover and my husband is notoriously hard to please.
Colonial Van Lines was wonderful in putting us both at ease and satisfying our expectations above & beyond for our interstate move.(WA-AZ)
From pick up & delivery with the most courteous/kind on time teams -to lighting fast 2 1/2 day delivery from pick up date!
Nothing broken or missing…

We had a great experience with colonial van lines. They stored our belongings for 3 months and everything came back in perfect condition. They were professional and friendly as well. We would highly recommend!
5 Stars are for Donna not Colonial Van Lines. After going back and forth and having costumer service tell me they can only refund me $108.00 dollars for my damaged furniture!I am grateful to Donna for having the patience to listen and be the advocate for clients who have dealt with Colonial Van Lines and have had a negative outcome , although my experience was very disappointing and had damaged furniture after my move on 10/2020 from Florida to RI. Donna managed to produce an agreement between my self and Colonial Van Lines to meet me half way to pay for one of the damaged pieces; my large damaged queen sofa bed, even though I have to come up with half of the expense. It took a long time 8 months to be exact but I can now try to upholster my sofa and have it in decent condition it will never be the same but that’s what I have to live with. Thank you Donna for your help and patience to deal with extremely angry customers. My advice to everyone out there looking for a moving company is don’t use these movers!!
