“This guy is the real deal. I literally went in his office as a traumatized apprehensive ear patient in alot of pain from my right ear due to terrible wax buildup. My childhood was full of visits to the ear doctor because of this. Now in my late 30s the fear is just as relevant. Dr. Sarti put me at ease and worked on me for 20 min. He was very gentle, comforting and supportive during the procedure. I suffered an earache 5 whole days prior to going to him. He promised once he was done with me the pain would go away.
