“Dr. Leykin is the best! I first found her when my daughter was less than a year old. Her other pediatrician kept giving us creams and lotions for dermatitis. I kept pushing for a diagnosis or reason for the dermatitis. Not just something to cover it up. Our first appt. with Dr. Leykin was our turning point. Immediately, she thought my baby at the time, may have an egg allergy. She sent us for additional testing, and sure enough, she was allergic to eggs. Every food we had given her with eggs in it, broke her out and caused her to itch on her elbows and knees. The minute we cut out the eggs, the rash went away. I also noticed how observant Dr. Leykin was with that initial appt. She watches and writes everything! If mom is not getting enough sleep, Dr. Leykin notices.. If baby isn't getting enough rest, nutrition, stimulation, she will notice and advise accordingly. I have moved twice since finding Dr. Leykin. Each time I move, I'm farther away from her office. Because of the level of care received, and her overall attentiveness to the wellness of families as a whole, my daughter now 9, will have Dr. Leykin until she ages out of her care!”

“Dr. Gor is an excellent physician (I am a physician myself ). I transferred care at 24 pregnancy weeks as I was unhappy at my prior practice. She is very knowledgeable and current with her medical practice and has an excellent bedside manner. The care I received at delivery was excellent as well and she did not push for c section even though I had been in labor for 22 hrs and not progressing. We came to the decision together as doctor-patient and as woman to woman (and yes, my husband was part of decision). Yes, the wait time is long because she is thorough and also because she attends all of her patient deliveries/emergencies at HUMC.”

“Dr Syed was great but she left. Dr Bernardo is very good and seems thorough. Being from down south the doctors and medical practices in general are way different. Having to wait outside for someone to take your temperature I think is a bit much and it seems to be overly exaggerated. I mean people go there sick right? Does it matter if I go another 10 feet to the window where we all have masks and plexiglass is between? Standing in the hallway seems stupid. I do not like having to have a separate appointment for bloodwork. I have to take off work twice. Down south you see the doctor and do bloodwork together and if an adjustment in medicine is needed the do it. Hate taking 2 days off work. Otherwise easy to get too and Walgreens is right near it so it is convenient.”

Well, this is my take on my high expectancy of this place by how I was greeted the very first time I called to set up an appointment. I immediately felt like I had a relative in the business! I asked some rambling questions due to my unique circumstances and Ms. Yoon was so patient and thoughral in explaining procedures and what to expect, I actually called back just to let her know how much I appreciated on how I was greeted and made me feel like all will be perfect and will get the best care from this place. Now, that's great customer service that I haven't experienced elswhere! I now update this review after actually having been seen by the doctor, prepped well by the front staff and flew thru the surgery. They were everything I felt they would be, they were excellent!!! They are true 5 STARS !!!”
