Wisdom Diner

After a trip to check out some waterfalls on a rainy Saturday we stopped by here on our way back to our hotel. Since we had our dog with us we ordered take out to take back to our hotel which I placed on site. I ordered the Hot Turkey Platter with mashed potatoes and corn and hubby got a Chicken Caesar Wrap. Both were very good and large portions, I actually had enough left over for another meal. The only things I didn't care for was that with my meal you only get the soup or salad if you eat in the restaurant but yet you charge the same price as eat in (perhaps to offset the carryout containers ???) and also I was rather surprised at the rather small amount of side dish and dessert, options, especially for a diner. I would definitely check out the breakfast options if we're in the area again but would most likely eat in this time.

Friendly, great service, great food. 10 out 10 would recommend this place. I had the number one breakfast special with crispy bacon. Everything was cooked well. Bacon was actually crispy. Coffee was fresh. My son had the waffles, which are huge! He also said they were great, fluffy and delicious. My husband had the French toast with scrapple. Run, don't walk, to this amazing diner!

The service was good and the diner was clean. Food was average nothing to rave about. Parking is tight.

Great service and fantastic diner food. I had the liver and onions and they were perfect. Bread pudding was spectacular. A must stop.
