This is actually from James E. Johnson, not Sylvia Durham (his wife). The staff and doctor, as always, were so professional, kind and so knowledgeable. I never have to wait for a long period before seeing the doctor and because of their care, I feel wonderful.

I thought Dr McDonagh and the two medical assistances were great and enjoyed my interactions with them. Them I would give 5 stars. The lady at the front desk checking people in and out seemed very unprofessional in the way she interacted with patients. Maybe she was having a bad day which we all have. I did not take it personally and tried to gloss over her attitude.

The office was average, building average, plenty of parking.

This organization absolutely saved me in one of the most trying times of my life. They went the extra mile at every step of the way to help me out wherever they reasonably could. They had great inter-department communication and all the faculty members I met were compassionate and professional.

This is probably the most patient-centric medical practice I have ever experienced. Everyone is nice, helpful, and professional. Calls are returned promptly and staff make routine follow up calls with recommendations and assistance. I would recommend this practice whole heartedly to anyone!

I like that it’s a hidden complex with the only traffic being residents and their visitors. The apartments are constantly being updated and are clean and well maintained. The security is great too
