  I brought my car in February james was my sale rep an he was honest an took the time out to find the type of vehicle I was looking..for 8months later I sent my stepdad to james an he did an awesome job getting my stepdad in a nice affordable car..I recommend you get james as your sales rep you won’t be disappointed!!!

  Sales people at Burlington are nice however, I have had my car in the shop 7 different times in the past month and a half and they do not give you anything for time spent at shop or without a vehicle, they are paying to try to fix it but without inspection I can not drive it. Refusal to give me a new car, and I am forced to drive around looking in the mirror looking for a police officer to pull me over and give me a ticket that could effect my license and driving record. Along with insurance. I would be cautious when buying a vehicle and check to make sure everything works. Only upside is the financing and ease of payments. Along with friendly sales people like Mark Smith. (Burlington Location)

  City select has been great for me to get a car with a low down payment and ability to finance with bad credit. I got my car two months ago and anything that has gone wrong with it i take it back and they fix it for me and i don’t pay anything. Mark was the best salesman he really went above and beyond to find me a car that i liked. He was 100% with me about the condition of the car and if something was wrong he made a list to get it fixed. Definitely recommend this dealership especially if you need a car and have bad credit or can’t afford a large down payment.
