Evermore Coffee Roasters

I love mild, smooth-tasting coffee, and after trying various brands, I settled on Illy Classic Roast, which I enjoyed for several years using my Jura coffee and espresso machine. Occasionally, I would experiment with different coffees but always returned to Illy Classic.
Then, I accidentally discovered a new favorite at Evermore Coffee Roasters. I had the chance to speak with one of the owners, and they asked about my coffee preferences and the machine I use. They recommended I try Peru Las Damas de San Ignacio, and it was an instant hit! I shared this coffee with several friends, and they loved it too. My wife is even switching from Lavazza Cafe Crema to this one. Excellent coffee and a great company!

This spot came highly recommend so I took the half an hour ride to see what all the fuss could be about. The cappuccino was good, is give it an 8/10. It came in a paper cup, which I noticed is probably because I didn't ask for a mug, others sitting around me had mugs, and I already find coffee is much better when it comes in a mug. I had a cranberry walnut scone as an accompaniment, and it was actually the star of the show. My wife had an oat milk cap, and she liked it, but her croissant was less pleasing. The staff were pretty quick and had a good rhythm going to handle the constant flow of customers, but there was a lack of smiles and general warmth and hospitality that I've found in other cafes this week. I'd go back again is I was in town, but I'll probably not make the drive special again.

Great place for a light breakfast while working!

I had been meaning to stop by here for a while after hearing all the great reviews online. This cafe definitely didn't disappoint! I got the avocado toast with an iced chai latte. The presentation was stunning as the colors really popped to show how fresh the ingredients were. For a more seemingly upscale cafe, the $10 price for the avocado toast seemed reasonable: the great size and taste also made it worth the price. I've had slightly better iced chai at other places, but this may have been because I experimented with whole milk (so the drink had a bit of a heavy feeling). At least the glass the drink came in was cute!

When I entered, I was a little worried about how crowded/loud the cafe seemed, especially since the overall space seemed very tight. Thankfully, I was able to get a table on the quieter side of the cafe so I could block out the noise. The speedy wi-fi and accessible outlets were great benefits too! My only complaint was that the quieter area is by the bathroom, which is not an ideal placement. Beyond that, the rest of the seating is by the front door/register, so this couple with the influx of loud groups made options for quiet working limited. To be fair, I did visit on a Sunday around brunch time, so this is probably one of their busier times.

Overall, I would definitely come back, probably during the week when it's less crowded (I'm guessing). I also want to try so of their other menu items!

We love this coffee shop. The atmosphere is nice, the employees are also very nice. The food, coffee, and tea is delicious. This is a hot chocolate, the rainier tea, and a bacon egg and cheese.

I love this place! It's a local coffee shop but also a bit trendy. Plenty of cosy seating inside, I wish they had outside seating it would be so perfect for this place. The staff is phenomenal always super friendly and knowledgeable. The coffee is great they sometimes change the latte or syrup menu, and the coffee grounds are good I always buy them for my home coffee. The food is good I've had the hummus veggie toast so many times. This is one of my favorite spots!
