Jiffy Lube

Had to get my vehicle serviced for the upcoming season, so that I can feel safe while driving on the road.
I saw that there was a Jiffylube located in Burlington New Jersey, on Mt. Holly Road and decided to give them a try.
What a good decision that was in a world where customer service is not always top of mind.
The Jiffylube in Burlington NJ is where I will be for all of my vehicles maintenance needs.
Such Excellence !!! The best location for servicing your vehicle!!! The staff and technicians are very professional, courteous and knowledgeable about automotive services; that will keep your vehicle running properly.

I deeply appreciate both the offer to help pull in/navigate the cars into the bays to help with those nervous few, but also the way the staff were not pushy about services. They offered and suggested additional services, which was kind, but they were very respectful about what I did and didn't want done. (:

Tony the general manager was amazing!! They were short staffed the day I went and he let me know ahead of time that there would be a wait. He checked in on me routinely and apologized profusely. Great personality. Quality service. I highly recommend!! Keep up the good work guys.

My experience with the place is great! Had pleasant wait talking with another customer about things. Tone & Nikita were constantly coming in letting me know how the service was going & even replaced my windshield wipers for free (I had one already). Kind representatives, definitely would recommend!
