Lucas Ford made the process of ordering my Bronco out of state super simple. While every local Ford dealer was charging a 5k markup to place an order, Lucas promised everything would be done at MSRP and stuck to their word. Joe and Mike were both a pleasure to deal with.

This place is a class act! Starting from Mia to Chris my original points of contact to start working on a deal through email. Then I got a call from Joe the one to take home the deal. The entire point A to close was a great experience. I have been waiting for a Ford Bronco Wildtrack for 2 years now with a different dealer so 2 nights ago I went hunting for one within 100 miles of NYC. I sent out 20 inquiries and 99 percent wanted insane markups over MSRP. Lucas Ford was the first fair markup I have seen in 2 years. The Wildtrack with hardtop is very in demand. I was willing to pay a fair markup. I ended up selling them my challenger and the appraisal was very fair as well. The deal we made on the phone the night before was the deal they honored. Not a penny more. Joe kept to his word and after a 2 hour drive from NYC all the paperwork was waiting and I was in and out in an hour. Bravo Joe and everyone else over at Lucas Ford. Now I would give it 6 stars if I can get the owner to sell me a Bronco Raptor! Haha
