Vitality Hospice

Vitality Hospice is by far the best hospice I have worked with in my 26 years of nursing. They give the best care and the staff is so kind and compassionate to my patients. I refer all my hospice candidates to Vitality.

Vitality Hospice provided wonderful end-of-life care for my dad. The nurses, aides, and social workers who took care of him were professional, kind, and (above all) compassionate. Their dedication allowed him to remain in his assisted living apartment until the end of his life, in familiar surroundings and close to the staff and residents he considered friends.

The Vitality staff continuously adapted their care plans to my dad’s ever-changing needs. In every conversation I had with them, they saw my dad as their top priority. They were attentive to him, getting him all the medicine, equipment, and help he needed, even on his last days when he was unable to speak. They worked with the assisted living facility to advocate for my dad, making sure that all aspects of their care reflected my dad's intentions.

The clinical staff at Vitality regularly provided status updates on my dad's condition. They also offered bereavement support to help us process our grief and loss. The phone staff were incredibly responsive. There were times when I was in a panic about my dad's condition, and there was always someone available to take my call, whether it was early in the morning or later at night.

After seeing everyone at Vitality in action, I truly believe it is a calling and vocation to perform high-quality hospice care. The staff at Vitality clearly lives their mission through their daily work, and I highly recommend them to provide compassionate care for your loved ones.

Working with the staff at Vitality Hospice was wonderful. Their professionalism and communication was outstanding. I asked specifically for over communication with regard to 2 of my clients and they went above and beyond for the patients and their families. I could not have asked for a better hospice company.
