“(3.75 rating) I’m coming up on a year living at Northgate. I have a one bedroom upstairs. For a young, working individual, this place has been pleasant. I love the location and quietness of the neighborhood. Haven’t had any major problems other than the normal appliance issues but maintenance has been great with timely responses and repairs. Ms. Cathy in the front office has been helpful as well. If there is any issue it would be the increase in rent but other than that, I couldn’t have picked a better place to live for my first apartment.”
