  I called searching for a product to remedy a crack in a cement floor where I am to lay tile. I spoke to Matt and want to thank this salesman for his professional courtesy, patience but most importantly, product knowledge.

  Some people just like to complain when they are too embarrassed to admit they didn't know what they are doing or made a mistake. No reason for a 1 star review, These guys are PHENOMENAL. I live in Central Pennsylvania and am a home owner/ do-it-yourself er and I wanted to build a concrete fireplace harth using the Buddy Rhodes pressed method and had NEVER touched concrete before, this was my first ever experience. It would gave cost over $300 just in shipping on the materials I needed (not their fault), so I drove out to New Jersey to pick up the items myself and I'm SO glad I did! Matt, the owner of the company, spent over TWO HOURS with me going over my plans and design, and giving me tips and hints. He also discounted a color pack because they were from two separate batches and he warned me multiple times that the colors may not match (passive-aggressive slam on the one star rating guy) but the colors matched PERFECTLY since I followed his instructions precisely. He only made $260 from me that day, but he treated me like I was the owner of a construction company that would bring him MILLIONS! Yes, it's a far drive if you live in the Harrisburg area, but MAN it's worth it if you have a specialty concrete project to make the trip out there. AMAZING company and AMAZING people! will make the three and a half hour drive with a smile on my face for all four of my remaining concrete projects!
